Every weekday at 7:30am, do the following: 1. Check my Gmail inbox for unread emails received in the last 24 hours. On Mondays, cover the last 72 hours instead. 2. Ignore newsletters, marketing emails and automated notifications unless they contain an action I need to take. 3. For each important email, summarise the sender, subject and key information. Flag anything urgent or needing a reply. 4. Group the summary into two sections: "Needs a reply" and "FYI only". 5. Post the summary to the Slack channel I select during setup, formatted as a short bulleted list. Keep the whole briefing readable in under 30 seconds. 6. Include links to the original emails. If there are no important emails, post "Inbox is clear this morning." If a connection or permission is missing, tell me rather than claiming the task is complete. Do not send email replies on my behalf.
